Galway United - Bray Wanderers | 15.05.2009 / 20:45 | Irish Eircom Premier Division
Zitat:Injury Worries a plenty for Bray Boss Gormley.
Bray Manager Eddie Gormley will have plenty of thinking to do before he decides on his travelling party never mind his starting eleven for the game against Galway Utd. at Terryland Park on Friday.
Gormley could be without as many as eight regulars and another three reserves, it is possible he may only have thirteen players available to travel.
Chris Deans is suspended following his sending off last week, Stephen Brennan is definately out, his hamstring injury hasn't cleared up, also missing with hamstring problems is the experienced Colm Tesson, Dave Mulcahy broke his nose last week and will be absent as will long term ankle injury victim Derek Pender.
Gary Mc Cabe and Derek Foran are both laid low with chest infections and must be considered doubtfull while a couple of under 20 and A team players are unavailable through injury an other commitments.
Speaking during the week Gormley said he was disappointed with the result last week he said "It was probably our poorest performance of the season so far, we worked hard o.k. but it just didn't happen for us. We probably created the best two chances of the second half but didn't take them". He added "we will go to Galway with a very inexperienced side, the lads will work hard they will be honest and we will give it our best shot".
